Pricing questions

Is there a monthly fee?

No. The Business plan has no monthly fee and no minimum. You pay per transaction, and every fee is shown before you confirm.

Are the prices on this page final?

In countries marked “Public rates”, these are the fees actually applied, per operator, the same in test and live mode. Elsewhere they are indicative: your prices are confirmed in your contract and can vary by country, operator and volume.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Above a certain monthly volume, we lower the rates on collections and payouts. Talk to sales with your expected volumes per country.

How do I fund cards?

Top up your cards balance with USDT on TRON (TRC20) from your dashboard; deposit terms are set out in your contract. Moving funds from the cards balance to a card is free; withdrawing from a card to the cards balance costs 1.5%.

Are failed payouts charged?

No. When a payout fails, its amount and its fee return to your balance.

Can I get paid with a payment link or a hosted checkout?

Payment links and a hosted checkout are coming soon. Today, you collect mobile money payments through the API.

How am I billed?

Fees are deducted from your Monerails balance when each operation happens, with a detailed monthly statement.
